CryptoBatch acts solely as a technology provider, offering infrastructure and tools to independent vendors ("Vendors") who manage their own investment offerings and client relationships. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or dispute between Vendors and users or investors. Any dispute arising between you and a Vendor must be resolved directly with the Vendor, and you agree to hold Cryptobatch harmless from any claim, demand, or liability related to such disputes.

10. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between CryptoBatch and any Vendor or user. Vendors operate independently and are not authorized to make representations, enter into agreements, or act on behalf of CryptoBatch.
You acknowledge and agree that:
CryptoBatch is not a party to any transaction between you and a Vendor;
CryptoBatch does not endorse, control, or guarantee any Vendor's offerings, actions, or performance;
You will not hold CryptoBatch liable for any acts or omissions of Vendors or other users.
